Who runs this
195unlock.world is run by an independent creator in India. Contact us by direct message on Instagram at @195unlock. For complaints, message us there and we'll reply within 7 days.
What we collect when you visit
- Your country, worked out from your internet connection by our host, Vercel.
- A scrambled code made from your IP address, so each person counts once. It can't be turned back into your IP address. We don't store your IP address.
- We don't use cookies, ads trackers or analytics on visitors.
- If a VPN check is switched on, your IP address is sent to proxycheck.io for that single check, only when your visit could unlock a country.
What we collect when you fill in a form
- Proof form: your name, email, country and the link you send. We use them only to check your proof and contact you. We may share your video in our posts only if you say yes by email.
- Brand offer form: your name, brand, email, offer and message. We use them only to reply to your offer.
- To delete anything you sent us, message us and we'll remove it.
Where it's stored
On Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (database). Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you're not a robot.
Ad box terms (short version)
- An offer isn't a sale. Nothing is charged until we both sign an agreement.
- We choose which brand gets the ad box and can say no to anyone. No gambling, adult or political ads.
- The ad box is labelled "Sponsored".
- If the box hasn't opened by the date in the agreement, the brand gets its money back.
- We don't promise any number of visitors or views.
